Yesterday
This morning, when I left past nine, there were still lots of people inside the shala. To tell you the truth, had I known that Sharath has his own shala, I would have registered in his class instead. There's just way too many people inside the shala. The only advantage of coming now is to be in the presence of Guruji who's still strong at 92 years old.My reco to everyone -if you want to avoid the crowd, DO NOT come Jan-Feb. Unless you want to meet the yoga teachers like David Swenson who was here end-December. Also, if you are the type who wants to be attended to closely (adjustments, etc), sign up with Sharath. His class starts at 8:30 am and charges only Rs15,000 per month.
